excellent proximity to Hanzomon train line, nearby convenience stores, complimentary pyjamas
Rooms are absurdly cramped for larger luggage!!! Temperature control is frustratingly ineffective, leading to an uncomfortably warm stay!!! Lighting is too dim, creating a claustrophobic atmosphere!!! Storage options for belongings are minimally disappointing!!!

The location was ideal, just a
short walk from Hanzomon Station, making it easy to navigate Tokyo with kids. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast offering fresh pastries, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. However, the room size was quite compact for our family of four.

Half amazing, half disappointing
The location made navigating Tokyo a breeze,, and I truly enjoyed the complimentary coffee, remarkably delicious. It was also refreshing to check in early without extra charges!
The room felt cramped,, and even with amenities, space for luggage was quite limited. A peculiar smell lingered, casting a shadow over an otherwise pleasant experience.

Clean and welcoming upon entry.
During my 5-night stay, I found the room to be incredibly small. It smelled strange upon entry, and I couldn't shake the feeling it might have been a former smoking room. The bed was hard, making it uncomfortable for rest, and there was simply not enough space for luggage, which added to my stress during the stay.

The King Room was cozy and had a surprisingly big bed! Room size is a bit compact, but it felt clean and modern. I really liked the unlimited coffee and tea available in the lobby. Just steps from Hanzomon Subway Station, which made getting around easy. Wish the included breakfast offered more options, but the coffee shop nearby made up for it.
